All workouts follow the GFIT360™ method of building lean muscle and stripping fat. The Split routine Workouts are designed for all levels, both Men and Women and are Gym based. Abs & Core, 2 or 3 day splits are available allowing you to train to suit your lifestyle. The Workouts will use a variety of equipment so you’ll never get bored. If you want long term results you’ve just got to commit.   



All workouts follow the GFIT360™ Full body method of building lean muscle and stripping fat. The 36 Workouts are designed for all levels, both Men and Women and are Bodyweight and Gym based.
Time is no excuse with the 10, 30 or 60 minute workout options, allowing you to train anywhere, anytime.
